# Modifications and scope — F3

2026-10-01, Instant Anagram project: original LibreOffice/UD source bytes unchanged. F2's raw-entry admission algorithm, policy bytes, 5574-record candidate, lemma-only flags 4, UNRANKED 16777215, no frequency ranking, Cyrillic normalization and Latin deferral retained. No Hunspell expansion or repaired/generated display added. Candidate is not a normative or complete dictionary.

F3 selects LibreOffice's directly offered GPL version 3 path and uses the officially compatible GPL-3.0-only Adapter's License for the combined UD-derived data. Original UD files retain CC BY-SA 4.0. No application relicensing or implementation performed.

Canonical admission/token ledgers are UTF-8 compact JSONL without BOM, with LF and exactly one terminal LF; internal gzip removed. Their plaintext is byte-identical to V3. Only the transport representation and associated identities change. Final probe directly records its executed SHA-256 and actual process.version/platform/arch and measured shard count; no post-execution edit or reconstructed identity is used. Public source/copy/routes and one later implementation task are locked separately. No staging/commit/push/deploy/GitHub write.
