elects GPL-3.0-only under LGPL 2.1 section 3 and replaces its licensing notice.
Unmodified Apache-2.0 Harper tools materialize comparative/superlative
continuations from pinned original lexical inputs, with deterministic LF output.
Project GPL-3.0-only scripts preserve leaf/source rows before deduplication,
apply SK_F2C_ORIGIN_RULES_V1, verify every surface with matching-source Hunspell,
and encode the result using the unchanged IAG2 dictionary-set encoder.
CC BY-SA 4.0 witness extraction normalizes FORM/LEMMA keys and retains split,
physical row, token ID, UPOS, features and predicate version; no sk-spell entry
text is mixed into that witness source. The witness is used only for untyped
source origins. Corpus counts are quality controls, never ranks or frequency
admission. All runtime ranks are 0xffffff and flags 0; Phrase is deferred.
The 22 frozen omissions in generators/sk/quality.json are limitations of this
limited foundation, not claims that these words are invalid Slovak.
