# SK_GPL3_DATA_CC4_WITNESS_DELIVERY_V1 — election v1

This election applies only to the separate sk-working copy materialized from
sk-spell/hunspell-sk@ea0251e708ba4baadcca71cb07c156029d073091.
The original doc/Copyright offers GPL version 2, LGPL version 2.1, or MPL 1.1.
For this particular working copy, select LGPL 2.1 and exercise its section 3
permission to convert the copy to ordinary GNU GPL version 3, exactly:
GPL-3.0-only. Its copyright/license notice is replaced by this election and the
full GPL version 3 text. No other lexical content or source line is changed.
The conversion is irreversible for that converted copy.

The independent original GPL 2 grant is not claimed to be an “or later” grant.
Unmodified upstream files in inputs/sk-original retain all their original
licensing alternatives and notices. The upstream repository-level LICENSE
and file-specific doc/Copyright are retained with their original scope.

The combined source-origin/witness adaptation and runtime dictionary are a
separate GPL-3.0-only data work. Original UD and the separate witness source
remain CC BY-SA 4.0; their attribution, modification notice and provenance
travel with the adapted work. This uses the one-way GPLv3 compatible-adapter
route, not direct MPL–CC BY-SA compatibility. It does not relicense the
application or any other locale.
