The original corpus metadata, source URLs, attribution and license remain
available in the corresponding source. No endorsement is claimed.

Modifications: exclude unresolved dictionary rows and the complete malformed
q-affix group; generate resolved analyses; select modern lowercase one-token
forms using the frozen source/context policy; preserve source references;
derive exact-surface competition ranks; deduplicate and encode IAG2/display.
The combined inventory, ledger, ranking and package are GPL-3.0-only.
The original inputs retain their original licenses. Exact project-owned
reproduction copies distributed in the source bundle are GPL-3.0-only;
this does not change the license of the application or other locales.

This is a deliberately limited spelling-dictionary subset, not a complete
or normative Romanian dictionary. UD, Apertium, Dexonline and LOC have no
production role. Phrase and runtime publication are not implemented here.
