# INS-169 Bulgarian source closure

Run `python reproduce.py` from this directory with Python 3 and Node.js 22.12+ or 24+. It creates a fresh temporary directory, denies Python and Node network access, reconstructs the exact Wiktionary dump from three parts, regenerates the Wiktionary evidence, candidate and all sequential IAG2 assets, and compares physical bytes with `generation-lock.json`. The previous review ZIP and a repository checkout are not required.

`candidate-final.tsv`, `admission-policy.json`, `bulgarian-msd-map.json`, `curation.json`, `source-rights-matrix.json`, `generation-lock.json`, the raw source files, publisher notices, `preferred-source/` and `compiled/` are the source closure. `msd-bg-index.html` is the publisher's Bulgarian V4 MSD index. `BUILD-BUILDER.md`, `NOTICE.md`, `LICENSES.md` and `MODIFICATIONS.md` record module rebuild, attribution and changes.

The runtime dictionary is intentionally conservative: 5,114 unique forms, no verbs, uniform rank, Words from letters only. It does not promise complete Bulgarian coverage.
