# Bulgarian dictionary notices

The selected Bulgarian dictionary derives from these independent sources:

- bgOffice Mozilla Bulgarian spelling dictionary 4.4.0. Copyright © 2001–2010 Radostin Radnev. Publisher release: https://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/bgoffice/Mozilla%20Spell%20BG/4.4/bulgarian_dictionary-4.4.0-fx%2Bsm%2Btb.xpi . The package offers GPL 2 or later, LGPL 2.1 or later, or MPL 1.1; GPL 3 is elected for this combined adaptation. The original `Copyright` and offered license files are preserved.
- MULTEXT-East free lexicons version 4, Bulgarian wordform lexicon. Publisher Jožef Stefan Institute / CLARIN.SI, with the Bulgarian component credited in the publisher README to L. Dimitrova, L. - Bulgarian Wiktionary contributors. Snapshot: Wikimedia `bgwiktionary` XML dump dated 2026-09-01, https://dumps.wikimedia.org/bgwiktionary/20260901/ . Text license elected: CC BY-SA 4.0 International under Wikimedia Terms §7.1 effective 2023-06-07 and the project footer, with the GFDL alternative noted. `wiktionary-attribution.tsv` identifies analyzed pages, revisions and public contributor-history links.

The source wordforms were intersected and positively filtered by Bulgarian-specific morphosyntactic tags, Wiktionary definitions and exclusion rules; duplicate surfaces were merged. No affix-expanded form, verb entry or frequency source is used. The editable candidate, generated dictionary assets, admission data and reproducible build chain are supplied under the documented GPL-3.0-only election for the combined adaptation. Original source licenses and attribution remain applicable to the respective raw inputs. The authors and publishers above do not endorse Instant Anagram.

The packaged builder scripts, copied compiled builder/runtime modules and their original editable TypeScript source are offered separately under GPL-3.0-only; see `preferred-source-identity.json` and `BUILD-BUILDER.md`.
